In 4 x 60 minutes weekly sessions, you’ll learn how to use the power of the pause — simple, proven mindfulness tools that shift your mindset in real-time. The goal is to meet each day with less stress, more clarity, and a greater sense of inner steadiness. The effects ripple to all corners of your life.

About Your Instructor
Yasemin Isler is a professor of mindfulness studies, certified teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and forty years of personal practice. She supports people from all walks of life—parents, educators, caregivers, and leaders—and also trains and mentors mindfulness teachers. Her grounded, compassionate approach helps turn everyday pauses into real, lasting transformation.
