Yasemin Isler is a professor of mindfulness studies with over 15 years of teaching experience and 40 years of personal practice.
She’s trained and mentored other mindfulness teachers—and has supported parents, educators, caregivers, and leaders worldwide.
Her grounded, compassionate approach helps turn everyday pauses into real, lasting change.
